What is my username and password ?

If you submitted a request form for an account to be created, your username will be your first initial and last name.  For example, if the user's name is John Smith then his username will be "jsmith".  Unless there are duplicate names, then we will use the first 2 initials and last name (I will inform you if this is true).  The default password is "password", you will be prompted to change your password when logging on for the first time.  Your new password must consist of a minimum of any 4 alphanumeric characters.

What do I do if I forget my password ?

Please submit a request form for password reset.  I will reset it to "password", you will be prompted to change your password once you've logged in.

How do I access my voicemail?

To access your voicemail, use the following buttons: Feature (Grey button) 981.  It will prompt you for your password.  You may only access your voicemail from the phone assigned to you.  The default password for your voicemail is "0000".

What do I do if I forget my voicemail password ?

Please submit a request form for voicemail password reset.  I will reset it to "0000", you will be prompt to change your password once you've logged in.

What is my email address ?

Your assigned Internet email address for Pinal County Schools is  Firstname.Lastname@pinalcountyschools.org.  For example, if the user's name is John Smith, then his email address will be "John.Smith@pinalcountyschools.org".

What is IT and what support do they offer?

"IT" is an acronym for Information Technology.  We support your phone and computer needs.  We are responsible for providing you proper technology needed to assist you in teaching our children.  We provide training to help enhance your ability to use technology in a productive manner.
